Tracy Curry

Tracy Curry is an executive leader with a passion for People Operations and Human Resources. Born in raised in Baltimore County, she has had an array of experiences that have shaped her view of people and work and have led to her desire to use her career to impact the experiences people have in the workplace in a positive way. She is a proud wife and mother to two boys.


In her academic studies, Tracy obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Morgan State University and a Master’s degree in Management. These paths sparked a love for the intersection of people and business. She has obtained professional certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) as well as senior certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (SPHR).


Professionally, since 2002 Tracy has worked in organizations of all sizes in the education, edtech, IT, and staffing industries. She has been intentional to have meaningful opportunities to specialize in each core people function (talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) with the goal of engaging in strategic partnership to drive outcomes in the organizations she serves through understanding and caring for the experience of its people. In 2018, she began consulting with the specific intention of providing strategic people focused partnership to small, minority owned organizations that may not typically have
access to these types of services. She has served as a Senior Consultant with the Setser Group in addition to operating her own advisory firm.


As a leader, Tracy focuses on creating conditions that enable others to do their best work and be their authentic selves. She takes a data-driven approach to decision making and often serves as the voice of reason and reminder of one truth: people ARE the organization.
