Morgan Draughon

Morgan Draughon is the Chief of Staff of the Setser Group, managing the people, products, and policies of the organization. Morgan has been with Setser Group since it was founded in 2020 and has worked to ensure that the organization operates effectively, efficiently, and in collaboration with partners, clients, and the team.

Morgan is an experienced instructional and graphic designer and product developer who is passionate about creating engaging and effective experiences, products, and services through technology. In addition to working closely with Setser Group clients to deliver innovative solutions for the future of learning and work, Morgan manages the internal business operations as well.
